Hydronic in-slab heating uses heated water to distribute warmth throughout the home while Vental external Venetian blinds are automated to protect the home from the western sun to keep it cool in summer.
There are commercial profile window frames throughout with German made Profilit u-shaped glass at the staircase creating a stunning feature.
To make full use of the ocean views, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area is on the upper floor opening out onto a balcony.
Sitting on a 10m wide narrow lot block, the industrial style design of this home includes a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The media room downstairs has access to a terrace and views of the 15m long lap pool that runs alongside the house.
