Managing Director

Co-founder and Managing Director, Registered Builder Tony Secola has been involved in all aspects of the company since inception in 1980. With over 45 years experience in the construction industry, he brings a vast amount of expertise to Prima overseeing and managing all projects under construction.
His passion for building and delivering only the best homes is realised through the precision in construction standard and technique that he applies to every home, creating the driving force and setting the award-winning precedent that Prima clients have come to expect and admire.

Joe Secola

Director

Joining Prima Homes shortly after it’s establishment, Joe is a Registered Builder that holds extensive experience in the residential and commercial construction industry having undertaken all facets of the operation, including sales, design, scheduling, estimating and administration through to site supervision and project management.
Joe takes pride in his ability to make the complex, clear. He has successfully guided clients who are often unfamiliar with the intricacies of design, development, construction and approvals by simplifying the application process and subsequent procedures allowing clients to deal with a singular entity throughout the entire project.
His expertise in consulting and project managing multiple and grouped dwelling developments has enabled Prima Homes to offer this sought after service to the private sector, adding additional capacity to Prima’s position as one of Perth’s longest standing custom luxury home builders.
